The video screen
in the menu board
has been broken
out of service
software offline
for over a month now
disallowing customers
from having
visual confirmation
that their order
is being taken
correctly and lengthening
the ordering process
by requiring the order taking employee to
verbally repeat the order
back to each and every customer,
rather than being able to
gain order accuracy
confirmation by simply asking
the customer,
"Is your order correct
on the screen?"
It is a small thing,
but deeply affects
the customer experience
overall. Each time I return
to this location and find
the screen STILL BROKEN,
I sigh and resign myself
to the fact that my fast
food will, once again,
be not so quick.
